Intern at Blair & Ramirez LLP

I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew Blair and Oscar Ramirez at LeGal’s First Law Forum, who I did not know at the time would soon invite me to intern at their personal injury and employment firm Blair and Ramirez LLP. Immediately upon sitting down at their table and sharing stories of our shared UC experiences I knew that I wanted nothing more than to work under such personable and relatable attorneys. As I begun my internship I was a freshman in college, newly 18 years old with no experience with the law. This posed no challenge to Matt and Oscar, who instantaneously took me under their wings and showed me the ropes of the civil law system. Through my internship that soon after became a part-time Law Clerk position I was able to expand my knowledge of the law and litigation, as well as attend trial hearings and important meetings with potential clientele. I am forever grateful to have had this experience, and I have LeGal to thank for getting me interested in the field of law and introducing me to these amazing attorneys!
